You have to enter the door in front of you and into the next room where another Hand of Hosilla enemy is waiting for you. In the next area after crossing the door, you will come to a small corridor with two doors, one straight in front of you, while the other will be down the hall to your right.
All you are left to do now is to pull the torch switch on the left of the door, and the door will open instantly. On the upper side of this area is a locked door that you can open with the switch, as is also mentioned in the note.
